MNTR’s Chief of Staff works by reading the tools you connect and turning them into briefings, reminders, and drafts for you. Here is exactly what it can access, what we do and don’t do with it, and how you can delete it at any time.

What we access
What we access
When you connect your Google account, your Chief of Staff can read your Gmail and calendar, send emails you approve, and save files it creates to a dedicated folder in your Drive. It cannot see any other files in your Drive — only the ones it makes or that you open through MNTR.

When you connect a third-party call recorder or notetaker — such as Fathom or Otter — MNTR can read the transcripts and notes those services generate, so your Chief of Staff can summarize your calls and pull out action items. MNTR does not record your calls itself. The recording, and obtaining any consent required from call participants, is handled by the recording service you use, under its own terms — MNTR only reads the transcripts already in your account there.

You choose what to connect. Each connection is optional, and the product works — with less context — without them.

Your Chief of Staff uses your emails, calendar, and call transcripts for one thing: serving you. It builds your daily rundown, prepares you for meetings, drafts follow-ups for your approval, and answers your questions.

What we store
What we store
We don’t keep a copy of your whole inbox. We store the working notes your Chief of Staff builds — summaries, key facts, and daily snapshots — plus files you explicitly save. Everything is scoped to you and your team; no other customer can ever see it.

You, and your teammates on shared team workspaces. MNTR staff do not read your communications except in narrow support cases, and every such access is logged.

How long we keep it

We keep your working notes for as long as you keep your account, because that history is what makes your Chief of Staff useful over time. You are always in control of deleting it sooner, using the options below.

Three options, all self-serve. Each is a permanent hard delete — not a hide.
